Evergreen 3.9 Upgrade

Co-op support is pleased to announce that Sitka’s Evergreen has now been successfully upgraded to version 3.9.

You MUST clear your browser cache before logging into Evergreen to clear any cached data from Evergreen 3.7.

Staff accounts that are missing a working location will not work properly in Evergreen 3.9.

Should you discover any issues, please do the following:

• Clear your cache
• Ensure the library staff account has the correct working location(s)
• Check the Known Bugs list
• Check the relevant Sitka documentation
• Contact Support if the above doesn’t resolve the issue.
  • Please follow the guidelines for submitting support requests and make sure to include relevant screenshots and barcodes
