2014 Annual General Meeting & Call for Nominees

Greetings members,

Please mark your calendars and plan to attend our Annual General Meeting / Members Council on Friday, June 13, 2014. As in previous years, the meeting will be held in-person and by teleconference. This year we also plan to live stream the meeting. Please watch for more information about AGM 2014 next month.

We are seeking nominees for our Board of Directors. Successive committees and boards have led the Co-operative from concept through success story since June, 2007. Join the board to help shape your Co-operative’s future! Deadline for nominations is 14, May, 2014.

Today, the Co-op’s Board of Directors appointed the following members, who are not themselves seeking nomination, as the 2014 Nominations Committee:

Kathy Anderson, Coordinator, North East Library Federation and IslandLINK Federation
Stephanie Hall, Chief Executive Officer, Okanagan Regional Library & Chair, Association of BC Public Library Directors
Ross Tyner, Director of Library Services, Okanagan College
