Email subscribers can use the webmail interface or a 3rd party email client.

To access your email via the web, go to:
Your username is your full email address.

Please note the Co-op is only able to provide limited support for 3rd party clients, and the webmail interface is provided “as is.”

If you are unable to access your email and need your password reset please contact Support and include an alternate way for Support to contact you with the new password.


3rd Party Mail Client

In order to use an email client, you will need to use the following settings:

Incoming Mail Server
Protocol: IMAP
TLS: StartTLS required
Port: 143 (optionally port 993 with pure SSL)
Your username is your full email address.

Outgoing Mail Server
Protocol: SMTP
Port: 587
SSL/TLS/StartTLS: StartTLS required
SMTP AUTH: supported, use LOGIN/PLAIN method
