After 2 successful pre-conference workshops we wanted to create a way for this community to stay connected between gatherings. We decided on a groups.io group as the best way to get all the benefits of a mailing list (active notification of discussions without having to always go to the website) but with all of the benefits of a web forum as well (full archives, a wiki and way to share files, ability to not get mail if you’d chose not to.)
You can join the group by either using the form below or visiting the group homepage. Once you’ve joined, it’s highly recommend that you visit https://groups.io/g/BCLibIT/editsub to adjust your subscription settings. There you can decide whether to get every message or regular digests, set up a member profile (which will be added to the member directory, a handy way to contact your colleagues) and generally improve your experience of the group.
