At 9am PDT the Co-op experienced a full-scale outage of our servers and infrastructures. This was caused by a backup power generator at our co-location facility unexpectedly failing. While power was restored relatively quickly at that facility, the abrupt outtage did cause problems in the Co-op’s servers coming back online. The systems team managed to restore the majority of services by 11:45am, with full service resuming closer to 1pm.
